Skim Milk Powder ADPI EXTRA GRADE (protein content min. 34%)

 

Description: Skimmed Milk Powder is obtained by drying pasteurized skimmed milk. Depending on heat treatment skimmed milk powder is manufactured as high heat (least soluble), medium heat (most common) and low heat (most soluble). Skimmed Milk Powder is available in two forms: Spray Dried (Instant and regular non-instant) and Roller Dried. Application depends on heat treatment (chocolate, dairy drinks, ice creams, milky blends and mixes, confectionary and bakery products)
